This villa is in the village of Kouklia, just a short drive from Paphos and close to the championship golf courses of Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley. The village of Kouklia is small and traditional, having one local shop and a couple of local tavernas which are only a ten minute walk from the villa. Further amenities are available in the large town of Paphos which may be reached by car in around ten minutes.

Outside, the 7m kidney shaped pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor dining table and chairs are provided where guests may enjoy a meal from the barbecue. Views from the pool stretch across the orange groves towards the sea.

The open plan sitting room is furnished with 2 sofas, a television with video and DVD player and a stereo system. The dining table has six chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board.

Upstairs are the three air conditioned bedrooms, a double room and two twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom has glass doors leading onto a large balcony. The double and one of the twin bedrooms both have ensuite shower rooms and there is a further family bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and wc.
