A paved terrace with garden furniture, an umbrella and four sunbeds surrounds the lovely 9m x 5m swimming pool; an ideal spot for relaxing. A barbecue is provided and the garden is planted with many exotic trees, flowering shrubs and bougainvillea, which should give a good splash of colour all the year round.

This villa is situated high up on the hillside, on the outskirts of Peyia Village and about ten minutes' drive to the lovely sandy beach of Coral Bay. Peyia is about six miles north of Paphos above the coastal route to Coral Bay. The shops, supermarkets and tavernas are about three minute's drive down from the villa.

The sitting room is open plan with a feature fireplace, a sofa and two chairs, coffee tables, table lamp and satellite television. Three full-length patio doors offer stunning views to the sea and open onto the terrace. The dining area has a large table with eight dining chairs.

The kitchen is fitted and equipped with a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

All the bedrooms are upstairs and include one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with separate shower, w.c, bidet and twin washbasins, two twin bedded rooms and a large family shower room. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. The water is heated by solar panels with an immersion heater on a timer for the occasional dull day. There is a further shower room with w.c and washbasin downstairs.
