This is a three bedroomed, air-conditioned villa that is well situated high on the edge of the traditional village of Pissouri, which is in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus. It has views towards the village and the open countryside. The Village Square is about fifteen minutes walk with several family run tavernas, bars, supermarkets and two banks.

The villa has an 8m x 4m pool. The terrace surrounding the pool has sunbeds, umbrella, garden furniture and an "Outback" barbecue.

The air conditioned villa is built on two levels. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting/dining room with comfortable leather sofas, coffee tables, Sky satellite television, DVD and CD player. At one end of the room there is a dining table with eight chairs.

The separate kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, electric oven halogen hob, iron and board.

One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, this is a large twin room with doors leading out to the terrace surrounding the pool. A bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasins and w.c. is on this floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one master double bedded room with doors leading out onto the sun terrace and a twin bedroom. all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is a full bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasins and w.c.
