| These are two identical three bedroom villas, each with their own private swimming pool. The villas are built of traditional local stone, set amid olive and citrus groves and are reached via a little country lane in the area of Argaka; only 5 minutes' drive from the busier town of Polis and the beach resort of Latchi. Argaka is a rural area but does have local tavernas, which are within walking distance of the villas. The villas are about 800m from the quiet beach of Argaka. A small grocery shop is only a short drive away. More shops, tavernas and the market are in Polis. | | |

The staircase leads to a large landing with a utility area and sink at one end. Glass doors lead from here to a very large balcony overlooking the pool where guests may sit and enjoy the lovely sea views. Two further double bedrooms are located on this floor; one with an en-suite shower room with body-jet massage system shower, and the other with a jacuzzi whirlpool bath.
