This villa is in Vrysoulles, a village just outside Protaras in eastern Cyprus. The village is about a three minute drive away, where there are a number of shops, a bank and a post office. Several tavernas can be found just a 6 minute drive from the villa, and the larger towns of Protaras and Agia Napa are also a short drive away.

The lovely swimming pool is circular and has Roman steps. There is a large terrace around the pool with sunbeds and garden furniture. Additional garden furniture can be found on the upstairs balcony. Guests may enjoy a meal from the built-in barbecue.

The open plan sitting room is furnished with two sofas, and armchair, coffee table, television with Sky satellite, DVD and a stereo hi-fi. There is a dining table with four chairs and a cosy open fire.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric cooker, electric kettle, juicer, iron and board.

Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms, one master double bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony over looking the pool and two twin bedded rooms. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c. A further cloakroom with washbasin and w.c is downstairs.
