This lovely villa is situated at the top of the village with other privately owned villas and is about 1 km from the Pissouri Village Square. This part of the village commands fantastic views of the sea.

Surrounding the pool there are established gardens with sunbeds, a built in barbecue and an outside dining table with eight chairs.

The villa has an open plan sitting and dining room. There are two sitting areas with comfortable sofas and satellite televisions. One area has an open fireplace and coffee table. There are also two DVD players and a CD player. A dining table with six chairs is at the far end of the sitting room and there are two french doors leading out to the pool and terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.

Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms, one master double bedroom with ensuite shower room and balcony over looking the pool and two twin bedded rooms. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c. A further cloakroom with washbasin and w.c is downstairs.
