This villa is situated about five minutes drive from the sea. Coral Bay, renowned for having the best sandy beach in Cyprus, is safe and ideal for swimming. In addition to the many water sports available, nearby facilities include tennis courts, a golf course and a local bus to Paphos, which is about twenty minutes away. Coral Bay has a large selection of tavernas. The nearby village of Peyia also has its own selection of shops and tavernas.

The villa is set in its own landscaped walled gardens and the pool is to the rear of the villa and is accessed by steps from the villas verandah. The terrace around the swimming pool has four sun beds. There are other areas in the garden with garden furniture and mobile barbecue. The garden has been planted with shrubs to add colour. The villa has its own parking space.

The sitting room and dining area is open plan, with doors leading on to a verandah which has views down to the sea at Coral bay. It is attractively furnished, and has satellite television, a DVD player and CD player. There is a dining table and six chairs.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.

The Villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms . There are two double bedded rooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and one twin bedded room. All bedroom have fitted wardrobes. The villa has a further family bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom with washbasin and w.c. downstairs.
