The villa is set in a tranquil location with views towards the Troodos Mountains and down the valley to the sea. Pissouri village square is a ten minute walk away and Pissouri Beach is approximately a six minute drive away. The villa is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the sitting room and all bedrooms.

Outside is a large tiled patio area with garden furniture, a built in barbecue and sink. The garden is mainly tiled with areas of shrubs and plants. The lovely swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and has Roman steps. There is a WC and shower room for use by the pool.

The front door opens into an entrance hall, with guest cloakroom on the right, leading to a large open plan sitting/dining room with gas fire, leather sofas, a wall mounted 32” LCD TV and satellite system, and DVD/CD surround sound system. There is a marble dining table with six leather chairs.

The fully fitted modern kitchen includes a built in oven/microwave, touch control electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher and free standing fridge and freezer, and is equipped to a high standard.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite with a multi jet shower. Patio doors lead out onto a large veranda with table and chairs, where guests can enjoy the views. Bedroom one and two have twin beds which can be converted into super king size beds if desired. These bedrooms share a good size family bathroom with a shower over bath. Bedroom one also has patio doors leading out onto its own veranda with a table and chairs and stunning views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and wall mounted LCD TVs. There are insect csreens on all sliding windows and doors. All linen and towels are provided except for beach towels and cot linen.
