This traditional villa is set in a very peaceful location in Miliou Village with mountain and valley views. The village is nestled among the citrus orchards and almond trees on the Laona plateau north west of Paphos, and is one of the smallest villages in Cyprus with a population of about 60. The beaches, tavernas, market and shops of Polis and Latchi are a short drive of about twenty minutes away.

The villa has a large private pool which measures 10m x 5m and is surrounded by a wide terrace with sun loungers. There are wide stone arches at the front of the villa over the verandah, which provide welcome shade. An outdoor dining table and chairs are provided, and also a barbecue.

The villa is built from traditional stone, and the large open plan sitting/dining room is full of character feature, such as stone arches and a cosy open fire. The sitting room is furnished with a suite, coffee table, hi-fi and television with DVD player. The dining table has seating for eight people.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, full cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and board.

One of the bedrooms, a twin bedded room, is on the ground floor and this has direct access to the lovely covered verandah. The main family bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and wc.

Upstairs are the the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious, has an ensuite shower room and entry to the very large roof terrace which overlooks the pool and the beautiful mountain views. The other bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite shower room.
