This villa is situated high up on the hillside in the Akamas National Park village of Neo Chorio. The nearest shops, beach and tavernas can be found in the small fishing village of Latchi, about a ten minute drive away. The busier town of Polis is about a fifteen minute drive away. The villa has a spectacular panoramic view of the Polis Chrysochous Bay and Akamas Peninsular.

The entrance of the villa is on the upper level of the villa and this leads directly into the spacious air-conditioned open plan living/dining area, which has two lovely modern sofas, coffee table, television, DVD player, CD player, dining table and six chairs. Large patio doors lead out onto the terrace where one can sit at the large table and enjoy the views across the Akamas.

On this level there is an attractive fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.

On the lower level of the villa there are three large and well-furnished air-conditioned bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with king size bed; large patio doors that lead out onto a small terrace the pool area and garden. It also has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded. There is also a family bathroom on this level and a separate wc upstairs.
