On the terrace there is attractive garden furniture, set beneath a covered area draped in bougainvillea. This shady area overlooks the pool. Steps from the terrace lead down to the lovely swimming pool below. The pool size is approximately 8m. x 4m. Beyond the swimming pool there is another terraced area with garden furniture and sun umbrella where views towards the sea can be enjoyed.

One of the most popular of our Paphos villas, this is situated in an elevated, secluded position set in a large established garden with mature trees and a variety of colourful shrubs and flowers. It is about ten minutes drive from Paphos, just off the coastal route to Coral Bay and enjoys beautiful views towards the sea that is about a kilometre away. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is about six minutes drive.

The Villa is comfortable, cheerful and well designed with the interior decor and furnishings specially chosen by the owner. The accommodation comprises a spacious living room with doors leading on to the terrace.

The large, bright kitchen is well equipped with an electric kettle and toaster, cooker, sink unit and ample floor and wall units. There is a breakfast/dining table and chairs; the kitchen also has a door leading on to the terrace. A utility room houses the washing machine, fridge etc.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds and one twin bedded room , and all have wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. For extra sleeping accommodation there are two folding beds. The bathroom has a bath with a hand shower, wash basin and wc. The separate shower room also has a wc.
