| The swimming pool is about 6m x 8m and is surrounded by a paved area and four sunbeds. There is a small garden and a built-in barbecue. A convenient outside shower room with a wc is sited near the pool. | | |

| The villa is built on two levels with a pleasant sitting room that is open plan and furnished with a sofa (can be used as a bed) and two comfortable chairs, a television and a videa. The dining area has a table and six chairs. There is a cloakroom with wc, wash basin and a store cupboard with iron and board. The kitchen area is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, counters and cupboards. There is a double bedded room, one twin bedded room and a single bedded room.
