Access to the villas is gained via a communal hallway, thus they can be rented either as separate units or by a single family as a large four bedroom villa. The villas are about a fifteen minute walk up to Pissouri Village Square with its banks, shops and tavernas.

Outside, each villa has a large terrace around its 8m x 4m swimming pool with sunloungers and outdoor dining table & chairs. The terraces are divided by wooden partitions, but there is a gate which may be opened if renting as a four bedroom villa.

The open plan sitting area is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, coffee table and LCD television with video. Glass doors lead out onto the terrace with its panoramic views. There is a dining table with six chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and board.
