This villa is situated only a few minutes walk above the beach of Pissouri. There are a number of tavernas and shops at Pissouri Bay. The Village of Pissouri can easily reached by car where there are a number of other tavernas and shops.
The garden has several terraces finished in local stone, set amidst lemon, orange, grapefruit and palm trees. The middle terraces are set aside for dining and incorporate a BBQ also finished in local stone. The extensive terrace at the lower end of the garden features the swimming pool. Here you will also find a convenient outdoor hot/cold shower and plenty of space to relax whilst sunbathing.
The sitting area looks out onto a partly shaded terrace and the pool. It is furnished with sofas, stereo hi-fi, satellite television and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combination microwave, electric oven and hob. A breakfast bar connects the dining and kitchen areas.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is ample storage in the large fitted wardrobe and the bedroom has glass doors on two sides that lead onto a terrace that overlooks the pool and Pissouri Bay. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to the main bathroom. It also has a large fitted wardrobe and glass doors leading onto the main terrace.
