This lovely villa is superbly located in the Cypriot Village of Pissouri. From the villa there are beautiful views down to Pissouri Bay. The villa is built in the centre of three terraces of an old vineyard. There is a self contained one bedroom flat on the lower terrace which can be rented separately or together with the villa as a three bedroom property.

The large swimming pool area is on the upper terrace and has six sunbeds, garden furniture and a small changing room with a shower, wc and washbasin and a small kitchen with fridge and electric kettle. Use of the pool is shared with guests at the flat.

The villa has a reception hall furnished with tables and a sofa. A few steps lead up to the open plan sitting and dining room, where there are two comfortable sofas and a chair. There are coffee tables, an LCD television with BFBS, radio and CD player. The dining table has six matching chairs. Four sliding doors lead out onto the balcony with its tables and chairs where one can sit and enjoy the views.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas and electric hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board.

In the villa there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The family bathroom has a bath with hand shower over. Each bedroom is fitted with wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside tables with lamps.
