This pretty stone fronted cottage is situated in the small village of Prastio, Avdimou, 5 minutes drive from the Paphos-Limassol highway and about 10 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. The busier picturesque village of Pissouri (and its beach) with many Tavernas and Restaurants and lovely square, are only about 15 minutes drive away. The nearest beach of Avdimou is about 10 minutes drive and has nice beachside Tavernas, (Kyrenia & Melanda). The Golf courses of Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are only about 20 minutes drive away. | | | | | |  | |  | | | | | | This delightful cottage has a spacious and light open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area. The lounge has a sofa and two arm chairs, two glass topped coffee tables, satellite TV, Video, CD player and book shelves with a good range of books. Off the lounge is a small reading/sitting room with a studio couch, a coffee table and a pedestal fan. The dining area has a table and four chairs, with two extra dining chairs in the sitting room.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Fridge/Freezer. Washing Machine, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Iron and board, Cafetiere and Juicer, etc. | | | | | |  | |  | | | | | | Upstairs there two lovely bright bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with a dressing table, bedside tables, Hairdryer, Clock Radios and extensive wardrobes.
