This lovely beach house is located on one of the quiet beaches in Latchi. The fishing harbour of Latchi is a walk along the beach, where shops and tavernas are available. The busier town of Polis is only a short drive along the coast. This house is highly recommended for people wanting a quiet holiday with direct access to the beach. The area of Polis and Latchi is rural and unspoilt. The house is within easy reach of the Akamas National Park where one can explore the local flora and fauna. Linen is provided but not beach/pool towels. This house has a lovely terrace area where one can sit and enjoy the views to the sea. Sunbeds and garden furniture are available.

The house has an open plan living/dining room and kitchen area. The sitting/dining room has a sofa, chairs, coffee table, satellite television (limited channels), video, CD player and a dining table with six chairs.

The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms; one double and one twin bedded room. Both of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath & shower over, washbasin and wc.
