This is a lovely two bedroomed, air-conditioned villa with a lovely swimming pool. The Villa is set in a landscaped, pretty garden with views to the sea. The beach is about seven minutes’ drive away and the Village Square is about five minutes’ walk from the villa, with tavernas, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket.

Outside, there is a sun terrace with a garden table and chairs and four sun beds. The garden surrounding the pool is well established with colourful flowering shrubs.

The villa is built on one level and has an open-plan sitting and dining room. It is furnished with a sofa and two chairs, coffee table, table lamps, television and also a fireplace and a gas fire. Air-conditioning for the lounge is available at an extra charge, payable in Cyprus. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is separate, fitted and well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric cooker and kettle, iron and board.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom is twin-bedded. Both the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower bathroom with basin and wc.
