This lovely villa is very near Pissouri Beach, where a variety of water sports are on offer, such as windsurfing, water-skiing and paragliding. Near the beach are small supermarkets and for those who enjoy the friendly Cyprus nightlife, there are tavernas serving traditional dishes. The lovely village of Pissouri is about a 5 minute drive away and, situated around a village square, there are tavernas, banks and a supermarket.

The sitting room area is furnished with a sofa and chairs, occasional tables and table lamps, a ceiling fan and has glass doors leading outside. A dining area has a dining table and four chairs.

In the kitchen area there are floor cupboards with work surfaces over and a sink unit, as well as a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machne, electric kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. From this bedroom one can walk out onto a balcony. The second bedroom is a twin-bedded room with a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning which is included in the rate. The bathroom has a bath with hand shower over, wash basin and wc. A bed can be provided for an extra person, if necessary.
