This lovely villa has beautiful sea views. The beach is only 100m away, and there are plenty of amenities there including shops and tavernas. The village square is a short drive away where more tavernas, shops and some banks can be found. The large town of Paphos is a half hour car journey from the villa, and the championship golf courses of Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are just a twenty minute drive away.

Outside is a large terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining from the barbecue. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a wide paved area and there is a pretty garden beyond. Sun loungers are provided around the pool.

The open plan sitting room is furnished with two sofas, and armchair, coffee table and widescreen LCD television with satellite and DVD player. There is a dining table with six chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, iron and board. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs are the two air conditioned bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. There is a lovely balcony upstairs, where guests may enjoy the fantastic sea views.
