This lovely apartment on two floors is in an excellent position just off the Tomb of the Kings Road, opposite the Roman Hotel. The beach is about a five minute walk away. The development is of a very high standard, and guest may use the on-site gym, jacuzzi and sauna.

The apartment shares use of a large swimming pool, and there is a poolside cafe where guests may enjoy a drink and a snack.

There is a glass-topped dining table with six chairs at one end of the sitting room. The kitchen is separate and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The kitchen has a breakfast bar.

The apartment has a large sunny verandah, furnished with four sunbeds and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The sitting room is furnished with comfortable seating, and there is a television with DVD player. This area is screened and also has gates which lead directly to the communal gardens.

The three bedrooms, a double and two twin bedded rooms, are upstairs. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite, and there is also a family bathroom on this floor. The master bedroom has glass doors which lead onto a large balcony with views over the gardens, furnished with a rattan sofa and chairs, four sun loungers.
