This is a detached, air-conditioned, four-bedroomed villa about 200m from Pissouri Village and situated in an elevated position, enjoying lovely views across the vineyards to the Troodos Mountains and the beautiful Bay of Pissouri in the distance.

There is a beautiful swimming pool with a surrounding terrace with sunbeds and garden furniture. A barbecue is provided for al fresco dining.

On the first floor there is a comfortable sitting room with sofas, television, video and a large verandah that takes advantages of the panoramic view. Doors lead in to the dining room with seating for eight. The large kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.

There is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, verandah and ensuite bathroom on the first floor, as well as a separate cloakroom. On the ground floor there are two twin bedded rooms, a further double bedroom, all with fitted wardrobes, and a second bathroom. Doors lead out to a covered terrace by the swimming pool. There is also a large garden with citrus trees, jacaranda, and flowering shrubs - surrounded by mature conifers for privacy.

We stayed in this villa for a week in June/July 2010. Beyond pleased with our experience! Plenty of space for our family of 5, with everyone getting
their own room. Wifi was an added bonus to keep in touch with home. All correspondence with Durmast was prompt and efficient. We were even contacted
just prior to our arrival to tell us we could check-in early. Loved the privacy of the location; 5-10 min walk to the main village square for
shopping/restaurants; Pool was very much enjoyed by our children. Lots of paperbacks for reading material. Great location to explore Cyprus. We had a
great rate-I see the rate has now increased (we paid 573pds for the week, with security deposit extra, which was promptly refunded) Be sure to check
out "Cyprus Night" in the village, on Wednesday nights; the man who balances the glasses on his head is worth seeing, but don't be one of
his volunteers, as he tends to be a little inappropriate with his hands:( Highly recommend this villa to any family wishing to stay in Cyprus.

Nice clean villa, spacious and really is just a 5 minute walk from the village centre. Good location, lovely views and ample parking. Thoroughly
enjoyed our stay.
