This villa, designed on one level, is situated below the village with other privately owned villas about 1,5 km from Pissouri Village Square, with its tavernas, shops and banks. This part of the village commands lovely views across the countryside. Pissouri beach is a five minute drive away.

The swimming pool is 5m x 8m with a poolside shower and outside lighting. This villa has double-glazed one-way glass for privacy and fly screens. Access is via a private driveway, suitable for wheelchair access via the rear of the villa.

The large, open-plan sitting room has a pleasant sitting area with comfortable sofas, coffee and occasional tables, an LCD television with Sky satellite and home cinema/Hi-Fi system. The lounge and dining area are both air-conditioned. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and matching chairs and has lovely views over the vineyard.

The kitchen is fitted with quality units and granite worktops. It is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bath/shower room. There is a further double-bedded room and twin bedded room, which both have independent access via patio doors to the poolside. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside tables. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, which is included in the rate. There is also a separate family shower room with wash basin and w.c. The villa has central heating.
