The villa is situated on a small development in the beachside village of Argaka only 5 minutes' drive from the busier town of Polis and the beach resort of Latchi. Argaka is a rural area but does have local tavernas, which are within walking distance of the villa. More shops, tavernas and the market are in Polis.
The swimming pool is 8 x 4m with four sun loungers on the pool terrace. Here, one can sit and enjoy the wonderful sea views across the sea of Chrysochou Bay and the beautiful mountains beyond. There is a table and chairs in the garden area that is planted with specimen fruit trees and palms. The car parking area is covered.
The villa is an open plan design. The living area has a sofa and two chairs, coffee tables, table lamps, and television, CD player and in the dining area there is a dining table with six chairs.
The kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and board.
On the first floor are two bedrooms that have air conditioning or warm air for the cooler season. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. From the master bedroom a large glass door leads onto a balcony with stunning views to the sea. A table and chairs are provided to sit and enjoy the views. There is a family bathroom, which has a bath with hand shower over, washbasin and wc. On the ground floor is a cloakroom.
