This beautiful villa is in the quiet village of Argaka, about a ten minute walk to the beach and local amenities, which include a general store and taverna. The larger town of Polis, with its tavernas, shops and daily street market, is about a ten minute drive along the coast.
The private swimming pool measures 6m x 12m surrounded by sun loungers, and there is a small children's pool adjacent. The lovely garden has a children's play area, lawn and terrace with table and chairs. As well as a barbecue, the villa has a traditional outdoor brick oven.
The facilities of the villa are excellent, with satellite TV (limited channels), Hi-Fi and DVD player in the sitting room. In the dining room there is a table and eight chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate laundry room.
There are four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, two of which have jacuzzi baths. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.
This villa shares the use of a tennis court.
