V421 - 4 Bedroom Villa in Peristerona

This exceptional villa is in the beautiful Akamas area, on the edge of pretty Peristerona Village and overlooks the Evretou Dam, a popular fishing destination. Peristerona has basic facilities, including a small supermarket and a cafe, and the town of Polis is just a ten minute drive away. Polis has a wide range of amenities, including many shops, restaurants and tavernas and a daily street market. The larger town of Paphos is about a 40 minute drive from the villa.

The swimming pool measures approximately 12m x 6m and is surrounded by a wide terrace with sun loungers. There is a shady pergola, a large verandah and also an upper balcony and guests may enjoy a meal in any of these areas from the built-in barbecue. The views from the villa are quite beautiful, and encompass the forest of Paphos and the Evretou dam.

On the ground floor of the villa is a large open-plan space, containing the living area, dining area and kitchen. The sitting area is furnished to a high standard with a corner open fireplace. There is a widescreen LCD television with satellite (limited channels), DVD player and CD player.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility area.

A wooden staircase leads to a spacious basement level, where there is a gym and one of the bedrooms with ensuite.

Upstairs are two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 4 poster bed and ensuite jacuzzi bathroom, as well as a spacious private balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, ensuite shower room and large private balcony.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a 4 poster bed and ensuite shower room. There is also a separate cloakroom on this floor. The fourth bedroom is on the basement level and has twin beds and a separate shower room.
