This luxury traditional stone built villa with four air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms and a lovely swimming pool. The Villa has been built in orange groves and has wonderful views of the beautiful, blue Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the Akamas.
A large terrace and lawned garden surrounds the 10m x 5m swimming pool and has a poolside shower, sunbeds, a barbecue and garden table and chairs.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee tables, satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large dining table with eight chairs and there are glass doors leading out onto a terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.
Two of the air conditioned bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of these has a double bed and ensuite shower room and the other is a twin bedded room. There is a family bathroom on the this floor with jacuzzi corner bath. The master bedroom is upstairs, and has its own dressing room, full bathroom and private balcony offering unparalled views. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and ensuite shower.
The villa has a separate large games room with pool table and gym equipment (used at guests' own risk) which can be reached by steps from the pool and inside the villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa.rnGreat location , AC s in bedrooms worked well , pool and games room well used. Close enough to Polis and Latsi
for meals but peaceful and away from it all.rnOwner visited first morning to check all was well. Pool garden and cleaning all to high standard and a
