On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee tables, satellite TV and a DVD player. There are French doors, which lead out on to the terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board are in the utility room. The dining area has a table with eight chairs.
