This four bedroom air conditioned will with private pool is situated in a quiet location in Argaka. The beach and village are both about a 15 minute walk away and the larger town of Polis with its tavernas, shops and daily street market is about a 10 minute drive from the villa. Argaka village is small, but does have a general store and a taverna.

The large pool measures 6m x 12m and is surrounded by a terraced area with sunloungers. The villa has a pretty garden with lawn and outside facilities include a barbecue, gazebo, clay oven and outdoor dining area.

The sitting room has a cosy open fire and is furnished with a smart sofa and chairs and there is satellite television (limited channels), CD player and DVD. The kitchen is equipped a fridge, freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The formal dining area has seating for eight people.

The villa has four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views from the upstairs balcony.
