This is a large detached villa with four air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms and a lovely swimming pool. The Villa has been built on a hillside where you have some wonderful views of the beautiful, blue Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the Akamas.
A large terrace surrounds the 10m x 5m swimming pool and has sunbeds, a barbecue and a gazebo with a garden table and chairs.
On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee tables, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a CD player. The dining area has a large table with eight chairs. The sitting room has large doors, which lead out on to the terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen has granite worktop surfaces, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.
One of the large air-conditioned bedrooms is on the ground floor, with a double four poster bed and shower room. There is also an additional cloakroom with washbasin and w.c. The first floor has three bedrooms, one double-bedded room with a balcony offering panoramic views and two twin-bedded rooms, one with ensuite shower. There is also a further family bathroom with a whirlpool bath with shower over, washbasin and w.c.
