From the sitting room, glass doors lead to the terrace with its kidney-shaped swimming pool with a jacuzzi end. Sun loungers surround the pool, and there is a table and chairs where guests may enjoy a meal from the barbecue.
The open plan sitting room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, television and video. A dining table with eight chairs is at one end of the room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a single bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite shower room with wc and a separate guest cloakroom. The other bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and glass doors leading on to a large balcony with views to the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed and also has its own balcony with sea views. The third bedroom has twin beds and all the bedrooms have air conditioning/warm air units. There is a further family bathroom with a bath with shower over, washbasin and wc.
