This lovely villa with three bedrooms has a large private pool and pretty sea views. It is situated at the top of Pissouri Village, about 2 kms from the village square with it’s shops, banks and tavernas. Pissouri Beach is a short drive away and there are further amenities there.
Outside, the large 10m x 5m pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. There are fruit trees in the garden and a table and chairs where guests may enjoy a meal from the barbecue.
The open plan sitting room is furnished with a sofa and chairs, coffee table, radio/CD player and LCD television with satellite (limited channels) and DVD player. There is a dining room with six chairs.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and board.
There are three bedrooms, one double room is downstairs and has an ensuite double shower. Upstairs is another double room and a twin bedded room, both with ensuite shower rooms. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/warm air units.
This lovely villa is situated at the top of Pissouri Village and has sweeping views towards the sea. The village square with its tavernas and shops is a 3 minute drive away, and Pissouri Beach is a little further down the hill.
