This luxury traditional stone built villa with five air-conditioned bedrooms, five bathrooms and a lovely large swimming pool. Peristerona Village is surrounded by the countryside of Polis and the Forest of Paphos and has a couple of supermarkets within a five minute drive from the villa. The beach of Polis is about a ten minute drive from the villa. Here you can find a selection of shops, tavernas and a market.

A large terrace with a covered seating area with table and chairs surrounds the 12m swimming pool . The terrace has sunbeds, barbecue and garden furniture. The Villa has wonderful views of the Evretou Dam, the mountains and the Akamas.

On the ground floor there are two bright and spacious open plan living rooms, one with an open fireplace and comfortable sofas and the other with comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD player and CD player. The dining area has a table with ten chairs. The sitting room has french doors, which lead out on to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine, iron and board are in the utility room. One of the large air-conditioned double bedrooms is on the ground floor with doors leading onto the pool terrace. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.

The first floor has four bedrooms, one four poster bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another double bedded room with jacuzzi bathroom and two twin bedded rooms with ensuite shower rooms. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes.

WEEKLY RATES 2010

The rates include air-conditioning and/or central heating in the bedrooms. Air conditioning is available in the sitting/dining rooms at an extra charge payable locally in Cyprus.
