The flats are privately owned, immaculately kept and supervised by the owner. There are one- or two-bedroomed flats which are housed in small groups around the grounds. They have a sitting-room with satellite TV, a bed settee, a dining area, well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle and gas cooker. There is a separate bathroom or shower bathroom.

Air-conditioning is paid for, as required, in Cyprus.
