The open plan kitchen area is equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, iron and board.

One of the bedrooms, a double, is on the ground floor and has an ensuite shower room and glass doors leading directly onto the terrace. The other bedrooms are upstairs; one of these is a twin and the other a double bedded room. Both these bedrooms also have ensuite shower rooms and all the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
