There are no near neighbours so this villa offers a high degree of privacy. The villa is spacious with an open-plan interior and is furnished to a comfortable standard with light wood beamed ceilings. The sitting room has a comfortable three-seater sofa, chairs, TV and radio/cassette. The kitchen/dining area has wooden units with split-level oven and hob. It is well equipped with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freeze and a dining table and chairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a master double-bedded room, which has French style doors leading out onto a balcony and two twin bedded rooms. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a set of drawers. As well as the main family bathroom there is another cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin.
