This - one of the most popular of our Protaras villas - is in a great location near the sea in Protaras. Protaras offers a wide range of amenities for visitors including many restaurants, bars and shops, a water park and beautiful sandy beaches. The beach of Fig Tree Bay are just a ten minute walk from the villa, and the shops are an eight minute walk away.

Outside, a terraced area surrounds the 8m x 4m swimming pool where guests may sunbathe  on the loungers provided. The garden is planted with shrubs and palm trees and there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining from the barbecue.

The open plan sitting room is furnished with a sofa and chairs, coffee table, satellite television with DVD player and radio/CD/MP3 hi-fi.

There is a breakfast bar separating the sitting are from the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board.

There are three air conditioned bedrooms, two double rooms and one with twin beds. There is a family bathroom and also a separate downstairs cloakroom.
