This small development of six, three bedroom air-conditioned villas are located on the edge of the village of Tsada, halfway between Paphos and Polis. The golf course of Tsada is about 2.5 km drive away. The village of Tsada has a small shop and taverna in the small square. Each villa has its own swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with garden furniture, including a barbecue.
Each villa has an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee tables and satellite television. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob.
All of the villas have three air-conditioned bedrooms, one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and two twin bedded rooms. There is a further family bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc. Air-conditioning is extra and payable locally in Cyprus.
