This is one of a small block of ten air-conditioned, two-bedroom flats that nestle near the bottom of the hillside and above a development of other privately owned villas and flats. A small supermarket is close by. The whole area is beautifully landscaped and maintained and the mountainside is dramatically floodlit in the evenings. Pissouri Beach is a short walk away, along the Beach Road with beautiful views of the mountains and vineyards.

The Ampelohori swimming pool and excellent restaurant is about three minutes walk away, with the pool open from April until the end of October. Tennis courts are available for guests at an extra charge.

The flat has a covered terrace with table and chairs where you can sit out and enjoy a glass of wine or a brandy sour.

This is one of the end flats on the ground floor. The sitting area has a sofa, two chairs, coffee table, television and CD player. Separating the sitting area from the kitchen is a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen has a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.
