"Nicki Holiday Resort" is a beautiful complex of ten low rise buildings surrounded by beautiful gardens full of local trees, bushes and flowers. The layout provides guests with the option of an active or relaxing holiday. The property is ideally situated between Polis Town and Latchi Harbour. The public beach is only 450 metres and less than 2 kilometres from the resorts of Polis & Latchi.

The main swimming pool and paddle pool is next to the main restaurant . Alternatively, there is a second more secluded swimming pool surrounded by large trees that is ideal for a more quiet and relaxing time. The Resort has two swimming pools and a children’s paddling pool, tennis court, table tennis, pool tables, gym, jacuzzi, video games, sauna and indoor children’s club (subject to availability).

All accommodation is air-conditioned which is charged for locally. Each apartment is equipped with colour tv, telephone, kitchenette and balcony or terrace. The apartments have one bedroom, both doubles and twin bedded rooms.
