These - some of the finest of our Cyprus apartments - are located about 100 metres from the sandy beach of Pernera Bay and a few minutes from the nearest restaurants, bars and discos. There are various sports facilities at the apartments and a wide range of sports on the nearby beach.The local bus can take guests to the nearby towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa.

A large swimming pool has a waterfall bridge and a splash pool for children is available for guests’ use. There is a large sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, including a poolside bar. The complex has its own restaurant and supermarket. There is a small playground for children.

The apartments are modern in design, and each has a private veranda, most with a sea view. Each apartment has a kitchenette with fridge, gas cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery and a full bathroom. The one-bedroomed flats have two single beds. There is a sofa in the living room, which opens out into a double bed and an extra fold-up bed can be provided. Furnishings include a small dining table and chairs, coffee table, side table, radio and television.
