This lovely one-bedroom, air-conditioned flat is situated in a splendid, quiet position and only four minutes walk to Pissouri Village Square. From the flat there are beautiful views down to the sea of Pissouri Bay. The flat stands on the lower level of three terraces of an old vineyard and nestles below part of villa V239, which occupies the centre terrace. It is reached down steps beside the villa. The Flat and Villa share a lovely swimming pool on the third terrace, which is situated across a paved courtyard and up some steps. The whole villa and flat is walled and the area is landscaped with colourful bougainvillea, shrubs, orange and lemon trees.

The flat is self-contained with a private entrance and has its own large terrace with sun-beds, garden furniture and a small barbecue, pretty garden also a covered verandah. Sliding glass doors open out onto the covered verandah from both the sitting room and bedroom.

The sitting/dining room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, colour television, coffee table and a reading lamp. The kitchen is small and separate with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven with gas hob, washing machine, cooking utensils, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.
