The swimming pool measures approximately 4 1/4m x 2 1/2m with Roman steps at the shallow end. There are four sun loungers around the pool and a dining table with eight chairs where one can enjoy a meal from the barbecue.
The villa is built on a hillside; access to the ground floor is from the front door while the lower ground floor opens onto the pool area at the rear of the property.
The kitchen area is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board. There is a washing machine in a separate area under the stairs.
From the front door one enters the open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen area. Glass doors from here lead on to a long balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the pool.
One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor; and has an ensuite shower room. On the first floor are three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and glass doors leading onto a large balcony with table and six chairs where one can enjoy the lovely sea views. The other bedrooms on this floor have twin beds and share use of the family bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning/warm air units. On the lower ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and glass doors leading to the pool area. There is also a small dining area with fridge on this floor and a shower room with w.c. adjacent to the pool area.
