This five bedroom air conditioned villa with private pool is situated on the highest part of Peyia Village. The villa is located between Coral Bay and Peyia Village. Coral Bay is reputed to have the best sandy beach in Cyprus and is about a seven-minute drive away.

The villa has a lovely swimming pool with a large terrace which has sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. There is also a gas barbecue.

The open plan sitting room has comfortable sofas, television, DVD and CD players. There is a dining table and chairs.

In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster and electric kettle, iron and board.

The villa has five air conditioned bedrooms, two double bedded rooms with ensuite shower rooms and three twin bedded rooms with ensuite shower rooms. There is also a seperate guest cloakroom.
