The villa is in a quiet position, approached down a drive and set in a large landscaped grounds of about three acres. It is situated just outside the village of Maroni, between Limassol and Larnaca.

A few steps down from the villa leads to the pool deck and wide terraces, surrounding the lovely, large swimming pool 18 x 6m. There is a shaded area over one part of the pool, giving swimmers some respite from the sun.

The large luxury sitting room has ornate furnishings, and is set on marble flooring. The grand fireplace is an attractive focal point with a variety of lighting harmonising the room. There is a dining area with table and breakfast bar that will accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a huge 52 inch television with surround sound, DVD player and hi-fi. Doors lead out onto a partly covered verandah.

The kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and oven, is well equipped. There is also workspace available in the dining/breakfast bar area. A washing machine is located in the basement.

There are five bedrooms (but two bedrooms are in the annexe which is separate but joined to the house), two double rooms and three twin bedded rooms with sea views. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and the villa has three shower rooms.

The basement is given over to a large games room where there is a selection of children's toys, a keyboard and a table tennis table. Bicycles are also available for guests' use.
