This four bedroom villa with private pool is situated on the fringe of the village of Kissonerga with superb views over banana plantations towards the sea. The beach at Coral Bay is around five minutes' drive away. There are a number of small shops and tavernas in the village of Kissonerga, about five minutes' walk away.

Outside surrounding the 8m x 4m pool is a selection of sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture. There is also a mobile barbecue for guests use.

The villa has an open plan air conditioned sitting/dining room. The sitting room has been furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player and radio. There is a dining table with eight chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, iron and board. The washing machine is in the separate utility room.

Downstairs there is an air conditioned twin bedroom and a shower room with washbasin and w.c. Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms, one double bedded room, with an ensuite shower room, and two twin bedded rooms.
