This lovely four bedroom villa is near the Golden Coast Hotel in Pernera Bay, Protaras, just 250m from the sea. Pernera Bay and Protaras have much to offer visitors, with many tavernas, water sports, bars and a water park.

From the sitting room, glass doors lead to the terrace with its kidney-shaped swimming pool with a jacuzzi end. Sun loungers surround the pool, and there is a table and chairs where guests may enjoy a meal from the barbecue.

The open plan sitting room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, television and video. A dining table with eight chairs is at one end of the room.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a single bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite shower room with wc and a separate guest cloakroom. The other bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and glass doors leading on to a large balcony with views to the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed and also has its own balcony with sea views.
