This lovely villa is in the small village of Koili, near the popular Tsada golf course and just a 20 minute drive from the town of Paphos. There is a taverna and shop about a ten minute walk from the villa.

The villa has its own 8m x 4m swimming pool, pool shower and sun loungers where guests may relax. An outdoor dining table is provided where guests may enjoy a meal from the barbecue.

The sitting room is furnished with sofas, coffee table, LCD satellite TV, DVD player and CD system. There is a dining table with six chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board.

The three main bedrooms are upstairs; two of these have double beds while the third has twin beds which may be converted into a bunk bed if desired. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and private balcony with views across the valley. The family bathroom is also upstairs.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs, and is furnished with a sofa bed. This room can be used as an additional sitting room if not required as a bedroom, as it has its own television with DVD player. There is a separate cloakroom on the ground floor.

Air conditioning or central heating is provided in all the bedrooms - this is included in the rates.
