The bars and restaurants are also within a short drive or about a twenty minute walk. The Pernera Bay beach has a selection of watersports available. The garden has a terrace with garden table and four chairs and two sun loungers.

The villa has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. In the living area there are two sofas and one chair, coffee table, table lamps and a television.

In the fitted kitchen area there is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board. The dining area has a table with six chairs.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with bunkbeds. There is a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom with washbasin and wc.
