This villa, designed on one level, is situated below the village with other privately owned villas about 1 km from Pissouri Village Square, with its tavernas, shops and banks. This part of the village commands lovely views across the countryside. Pissouri beach is a five minute drive away.

The swimming pool is 5m x 8m with a poolside shower and outside lighting. This villa has double-glazed one-way glass for privacy and fly screens. Access is via a private driveway, suitable for wheelchair access via the rear of the villa.

The large, open-plan sitting room has a pleasant sitting area with comfortable sofas, coffee and occasional tables, an LCD television with Sky satellite and home cinema/Hi-Fi system. The lounge and dining area are both air-conditioned. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and matching chairs and has lovely views over the vineyard.
